At least six indictments have been filed at the federal court in Manhattan against the hip-hop tycoon.
The Anques were presented anonymously, two by NN women and four by NN men.
They are, say their lawyers, part of a group of more than 100 suspected victims who have not yet pressed charges against Combs, who was arrested last month for human trafficking, the AP writes.
One of the men who filed the indictment, who lives in North Carolina, claims Combs caressed the genitals when he was 16 years old at one of the “White celebrations” of the Hamptons in Long Island in 1998.
This person claims that during a discussion about a potential penetrate in the music industry, Combs suddenly ordered the teenager back then to throw his pants. According to the indictment, Combs explained to him that it was a rite of passage to become a musical star and asked the then teenager: “Don't you want to go into business?”
The man claimed that he accepted it because of the fear, anxiety, and position of power Chambs, and that only later did he realize that what had happened was a sexual attack.
Other charges filed Monday at the US District Court in Manhattan claim rape, forced oral sex and drugs to imped the victims.
A woman has indicted her for raping in a closed hotel room in 2004, after he invited her and a friend there to a party, gave them drinks and told them to snore cocaine.
The woman, who was a first-year student at the time, claims Combs also forced her friend to have oral sex with him and claimed he said he would kill the two if they did not respect him.
Another woman claims Combs attacked her and raped her in the bathroom in 2005 at a party for the late Biggie Smalls rapper. She claims Combs took her to the bathroom to speak privately and then began to kiss her unexpectedly. When she tried to leave, she said, he hit her head against the wall, causing her to fall on the floor. She said she tried to escape, but Combs hit her again and raped her.
Afterward, she claims further, Combs disfigured his clothes and said to her: “Better don't tell anyone about it or you'll disappear”.
In another indictment, a man who worked as insurance at the Humptons party in 2006 claims to give him an alcoholic drink that he thought was full of drugs, which made him feel very bad. The man claims Combs then pushed him into the van and attacked him sexually.
In other indictments filed Monday, Combs is accused of forcing a man to perform oral sex at a warehouse in Manhattan in 2008 and sexually assaulted a man at a party in October 2021.
The other man, who doubts that the drugs had been put in his drink and for this reason was unable to defend himself, recalls that he had been attacked by several men and clearly remembers seeing Combs on top of him, naked, in a moment during the attack, claims his indictment.
By Monday, Combs was charged only with civil indictment and in a criminal row for sexual activity with adults, the AP recalls.
Combs' lawyers and other representatives did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
When the planned indictments were announced on October 1st, the lawyer said Combs “could not deal with all non-serious charges in what has become a reckless media circus”.
Sean “mbs, 54, has been declared innocent of charges of blackmail and human trafficking.
He allegedly forced and mistreated women for years with the help of a network of collaborators and employees, while closing the mouths of victims with blackmail and violence, including kidnappings, fires and physical beatings.
Combs' lawyers tried unsuccessfully to release the founder of Bud Boy Records. He has been in the federal prison in Brooklyn since his arrest on September 16th.
Two judges decided that the Combs would be a danger to society if it was released from the Metropolitan Paradition Centre, a facility known for violence and malfunction.
At a hearing for parole three weeks ago, a judge denied a $50m guarantee, house arrest and electronic monitoring after finding out Combs had intervened with witnesses and the ongoing investigation.
On Friday, a judge of the Court of Appeals refused his release from prison, while a three-judge panel of the Second Court of Appeals in the United States rules on his bail.
