A year's imprisonment for singer Luiz Hale

Fier's court has sentenced singer Luiz Elly to one year in prison for counterfeiting documents.

According to the Court's report, the singer during his notary time has forged documents to justify the illegal source of assets derived from criminal activity.

With the artist, he has been sentenced to 18 years in prison, as has citizen Fatmir Avdurrahman. Both accused of committing criminal acts “Forging” documents, conducted in co-operation.

The prosecution, near the Court of First Court of General Jurydiction, requested the 12-month prison sentence of former John E.L., and citizens of F.A. Charged for carrying out criminal acts ? falsification of documents carried out in cooperation, envisioned by Article 186, paragraph 2 of the Penal Code.

Under the investigation initiated by the former prosecution near the Court of First Court of Juriscination, Lushnje on criminal prosecution no. 388, in 2022, with defendants, citizens L.E. and F.A., proved the defendant F.A., in collaboration with the defendant L.E., former notter, have forged the notary statement, which defendant F.A. He used it in the Prosecutor's Office to justify the source of the creation of his assets, seized under the investigation of the property prosecution no. 3 in 2021, former Prosecutor's Court of the First Stairway, Lushnja.

The notary statements drafted by the defendant L.E. had been forged in its contents, but held the signature of the latter. It was proved that, by the same date, the number of Reperators and collections that this notary statement carried, in the registry of the former L.E. and in the archive of notary acts drafted by it, in 2015, there is a notary statement with different parties.

Concretically, defendant L. And, although it was removed from the Justice Ministry, still in possession of notary seals, in co-operation with defendant F.A., they have filed a notary statement with false data, and later, the F.A. defendant, on the date of 25.02.22, has delivered this notary statement to former Prosecutor Luznja.

On the date 02.10.2024, the Court of the First Century of General Jurydiction has completed the judicial examination of the case and decided to plead guilty to the defendants for being sent for trial, as follows:

-Declaration of the defendant L.E. for committing criminal work “falsification of documents”, carried out in co-operation, provided by Article 186 pm.2, Penal Code, and sentence him to 12 (dial) months in prison;

-Declaration of the defendant F.A. for the commission of criminal action “Counterfeiting the documents”, conducted in co-operation, and condemning him to 18 (thirteen) months in prison.

The prosecution, with the Court of First Stairs General Jurisdiction, expresses full commitment to the investigation and legal responsibility of those who commit criminal acts in the area of counterfeiting documents, with the aim of realising profits illegally.
