Democratic League of Kosovo MP (LDK), Avdullah Hoti, along with branch President Burim Krasniqi and MP candidate Enis M. Durguti, held meetings with local communities' sub-side structures in Qiflak and Kramovik.
During these conversations, Hoti highlighted the great challenges families in the region face.
He underlined that the closure of this governing mandate finds citizens in a difficult situation, in the face of high prices, low wages and lack of government investments, as well as a massive flight of young people from the country.
Hoti mentioned the three main concerns citizens have expressed:
High prices in daily articles,
Raising property tax
Power price rise.
He stressed that although price hikes have been influenced by the global crisis, increased property and energy price taxes have been made with government decisions and subordinate institutions.
Hoti appealed for a change in this form of governance, inviting citizens to express their will through vote in the upcoming elections.
