The Ministry of Environment, Spatial Planning and Infrastructure Deputy Secretary General, Izedin Bytyqi, has been sent to the hold for 48 hours under suspicion of criminal acts “Using official duty or authority” and “Artifact without permission”. While, the N.F., allegedly performed works: “Use of official duty or authority” “Money laundering” and “Disreport or false reporting of income wealth, gifts, other wealth benefits or financial obligations”.
This information has been provided by the Special Prosecution along with the Kosovo Police in a joint communiqué, in which it even becomes known how many locations have been raided and what has been found.
In the case, it becomes known that investigations continue to identify any other person who may be involved in this criminal activity.

At the Kosovo Special Prosecutor's Order today, an action has been held in the MMPHI, Pristina, which has been conducted following several months of investigation.
During this action, investigators from the Kosovo Police's Economic Crimes Investigation Sector have realised the arrest of a suspect, while the other suspect has not been found in his settlement.
Arrested by initials I.B. He allegedly committed criminal acts: “Using official duty or authority” and “Non-licensit possession”, while the other suspect with N.F. initials. He allegedly performed works: “Use of official task or authority” “Money laundering” and “Disreport or false reporting of income wealth, gifts, other wealth benefits or financial obligations”.
The following evidence has been seized during the raid:
- A (1) MAUSER-WERKR pistol with two (2) rounds of seven (7) bullets and a box of fifty-four (54) rounds of 9 mm.
- Thirty - four (34) separate papers.
- Three (3) phones, one (1) iPhone 15 ProMax, one (1) iPhone 12 ProMax, one (1) iPhone 11 ProMax
- Seventeen (17) USB.
- Three (3) laptop HP.
- Four (4) computer cottages as well as
- Important documents for the investigative procedure.
Temporary ban order for 6 residences, located in Pristina and Fushe Kosovo, has also been issued.
With the SPRK prosecutor's decision, suspect with the initials I.B. has been sent to the hold for 48 hours, while investigations continue to identify any other person who may be involved in this criminal activity.
