The Express after a nearly two-month battle with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspares has succeeded in providing the financial report and the Gani Jakupi work report through the assistance of the Kosovar Agency for Information and Privatety, as Minister Donika Grovalla classified as “concial” Gani Jakup's work file and the ministry she headed had initially refused to offer the approach.
In Gani Jakupi's financial report, in addition to the monthly payment he has received of 7 thousand euros of 500 euros, another 10 thousand and 88 euros, which have gone for travel, accommodation, and Gani Jakupi lunches.

Just for travel tickets, MPJD has remanded Gani Jakupin, worth 5 thousand 401 euros and 52 cents. For lunch, 1 thousand and 580 euros and 6 cents, and for accommodated 3 thousand and 42 euros and 6 cents. Meanwhile, in the financial report, 64 euros and 12 cents are found in the expenditures classified as others.
Express has also provided the Gani Jakup report, which the MPJD has initially refused to offer access to the argument that publishing information related to Jakup's lobbi work endangers the whole process and the further deepening of reports with officials and state figures in which Jakupi has placed contacts.
Kosovo Republic Information, Private Agency has ordered MPJD declassifying Gani Jakup's work report and providing access to the same for Gazette Express. The ministry, which runs Gervala after several numerous attempts and efforts to downplay the amount of information it would provide, has submitted the Gani Jakupi work report, originally at the AIP, and then forwarded it to the Express. Gani Jakup's work report has been subjected to an anonymous process, and in all the documentation offered, only the heads of the records where Jakupi has held meetings, but not even the people he has talked to. Also anonymous has been a large portion of Jakup's legal reports given in his monthly reports to Kosovo's ambassador to Brussels, Agron Bajrami.
Gani Jakupi had held his first meeting in the foreign consultant's capacities in Brussels on 7 July, which, according to the half-witnesses seen in the document, relates to cultural and educational aspects of the Belgian state.
On July 10th, Gani Jakupi reported another trip to Madrid, where, according to what he wrote in the report, he met an official in Spain who deals with cultural aspects. Jakupi in the report writes that “couldn't understand any direct co-operation with an institution of size...”, highlighting the problem of Kosovo's non-recognition by Spain.
On the same day, Gani Jakupi also tells of a meeting he had with a journalist in Madrid, however. MPJD has anonymous the name and contents of this meeting.
On July 17th in Paris, Jakupi reportedly met with a television correspondent who was formerly a former commander in Beijing and Shanghai. This correspondent, writes Jakupi, has real opportunities to connect Jakup himself with influential people.
On that same date in Paris, Kosovo Embassy foreign consultant in Brussels reports the meeting with Kosovo Ambassador to France Mehdi Halimin.
At a restaurant in Paris on the night of July 17, Jakupi shows that she met a Japanese cinematist.
On July 18th, Gani Jakupi travels to Strasbourg to meet with Kosovo diplomatic representatives at the consulate, Lulzim Hiseni and Whitea Etem.
The same day, Jakupi reports another meeting in Strasbourg, which concerns organising a event involving artists from Spain, Italy, France and Portugal.
On July 18, Gani Jakupi returns to Paris to meet with a gallery director. According to Kosovo consultant, it is worth keeping in touch with this person, since it enables the promotion of Kosovo artists in other states.
On July 19, 2023 Jakupi tells of a meeting he had with a person in the city of Blois, France, with which he talked about the possibility of co-operation in the field of visual art and graphic darkness. Jakupi in his narrative report also tells of the idea of this person suggesting the mayor of the town of Blois, twinning with the town of Pristina. On the same day, Jakupi shows that in Paris he has also met with Kosovo Parliament Speaker Glauk Konjufca, who says he has announced the work done.
Eight days after this meeting with Konjufka, Jakupi shows he has travelled to Barcelona to meet first with an author who has knowledge of war in Croatia. On July 28, 2023, Jakupi tells of a journey 28 miles [28 km] from Barcelona, in the city of Vilasar De Mar, to meet a journalist of a leading daily in Barcelona, who is also one of the most important critics. This journalist, as Jakupi says in his Narrative report, will try to establish ties between Jakup and other journalists mainly interested in the Balkan region and Kosovo.
In August 2023, Jakupi tells of a meeting he held in Brussels on August 3rd, with a person from the communication field, which, as Jakupi shows, has demonstrated, has demonstrated willingness to help establish ties with people in the field.
On August 7th, it tells of yet another meeting, however, as a result of anonymity of documentation by MPJD, who this person is known to be.
On August 16th in Brussels, Gani Jakupi tells of another meeting with a person with whom he relates that they have talked to the English - language media.
On August 18th, Jakupi reports that he met a person at a company in Paris who takes photographs.
On August 22nd in Paris, Gani Jakupi also meets an international project manager, with whom he talks about art and culture and draws attention to the private institution where this official works, makes direct financing of projects, but may be mediating with other institutions.
On August 23rd in Paris, Jakupi meets a person from the art field who has expressed interest in Kosovo and the identity of talents in Kosovo. On that same day, it tells of another meeting in which he talked about the possibility of creating a television project about the picture and the work of Ismail Kadare.
In the Narrative report, Jakupi also tells of the meeting he had in Brussels on August 25th, 2023, with a person famous in the world for his cartoons. Although MPJD has been hiding this person's identity by calling to preserve the privacy and protection of the lobby work, Jakupi himself has taken care of this part and has announced this meeting in his account at deprivedbook”.
Jakupi's description in his Narrative Report sent to Ambassador Bajram corresponds to information he gives in “facebook” for meeting with Philip Gleuck, a world-renowned caricature actor for his caricature “Le Chat”
“Philop Geluck is an actor, cartoonist, radio and TV host... and maybe a lot of other things. One of the most fertile Belgian artists who rose to world fame thanks to his cartoons “Le Chat”” wrote Jakupi in his public post in “Facebook”

In September 2023, Gani Jakupi announces his return to Pristina and a meeting he has had to negotiate beats the organisation of “Kosovo 25”, which Jakupi says is essential to show post-war Kosovo.
In the report, Gani Jakupi tells of yet another meeting that MPJD has almost completely anonymous. Jakupi himself, however, has taken care of revealing it in his account at “facebook”, authorising the label Frederick Stormberg made. It's a Brazil meeting. Jakupi in the Narrative report shows that Brazil had arrived on August 6th and was given the opportunity to meet with “Dr. Stormberg”, which he says was fast approaching.

Date meetings from September 10th to September 15th, MPJD has been anonymous almost completely and it is impossible to reveal details about who Jakup has met and what has been the content of the conversations of these meetings.
On September 20th, Jakupi tells of a meeting he had at the Kosovo Embassy in Paris with Shemsi Krasniqi, Kosovo's representative near the International Organisation for Francophony.
On September 27th, Jakupi tells of a meeting that has taken place with one person who has taken photographs everywhere in the regions where there are Albanians.
But with this date, Gani Jakupi holds a meeting with Kosovo's ambassador to Paris, Maddy Halimi, with whom he shows he has talked about an initiative to meet with a president.
In this work report, Gani Jakupi has also reported on exchange of e-mails and phone calls. In public documentation, almost 90 %s of the contents of the Gani Jakupi work report from January 2024 until the end of his mandate is analyzed.
Gani Jakupi had his contract with MPJD linked it to June 2023, and in the position of foreign consultant would be engaged for a year. His contract ended on June 16, 2024.
