The Federation of Kosovo Health Unions has warned protests November 14th in front of the Ministry of Health, complaining that the driver's rise of 0.5 is a small increase.
Through an electronic communiqué, the Federation has suggested that it is disappointed even with the nonsignation of collective sector contract.
“The FSSHK has said these actions hinder the improved working conditions. The Federation of Kosovo Health Unions has decided to organise a protest on November 14, 2024, at 11:00, before the Ministry of Health. The protest decision was taken at the regular Co-ordination Meeting in 31.10.2024, where the main challenges facing the health sector in Kosovo were discussed. With this protest, The FSSHK expresses deep disappointment with the interruption of social dialogue with the Ministry of Health, disagreement with the government's proposal for a small increase in the cofficiency of 0.5, as well as the non-signation of the Strategic Contrate:x1>, the Federation report said.
The government has proposed days ago to increase the unit of the cofficiency, where 0.5 will grow in January 2025th and 0.5th in July. This implies gross growth of 55 euros in January and another 55 euros in July.
