In Kosovo Specialised Chambers ( D The SK) in The Hague has begun testifying 98th witness to the Specialised Prosecutor's Office (ZPS), Fatmir Sopi, who holds the W04485 code in the judicial process to Hashim Thaci, Kadri Veselin, Rexhep Selimi and Jakup Krasniqi.
Before the solemn oath begins, witness Fatmir Sopi made a greeting to the four accused, calling them fellow fighters.
Hello, my fellow fighters”, Sopi said.
The questions of this witness were initiated by the prosecution represented by prosecutor Caesar Mihailzcuk.
Otherwise, according to the chairman of the court, Charles Smith III, the testimony of this witness is expected to last about a day. By this time, the prosecution has indicated it takes about an hour and a half. And the defense of the accused for about three hours.
