Turkey's President Recep Tayip Erdogan will visit Tirana today, where he is scheduled to participate in the inauguration of the Namazja mosque together with Prime Minister Edi Rama.
The Namazja Mosque and Albania's Parliament are located at a very close distance from one another, and recent incidents may be the cause.
