According to Turkish media, he is expected to arrive in Tirana at 11:00 a.m., while the agenda envisions a reception for him and the Turkish delegation from Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama.

After the two leaders' meeting, the delegations will head towards the new Namasja mosque, where its opening will take place, reports Tvklan.

The agenda envisions the Turkish head of state leaving Albania in the afternoon, where it will then address Belgrade.
