• Stop insults against Serbian environmentalists who oppose Rio Tinto's lithium facility.
• Start public criticism of corruption and increased autocraticism in Belgrade.
• Stop the intervention of Bosnia's High Representative to annul the European Court of Human Rights ruling in the Kovacevic case.
• The ECHR decision promises a major step in reducing the ethnonationalist control over state institutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
• To develop criminal charges in the US against key Serbian and Croat supporters (Milorad Dodik and Dragan Covic) of the ethnic divide in Bosnia.

According to him, these are major tasks, but the failure of the US and EU's wrong diplomatic efforts over the past three years suggests a dramatic twist is needed.
