With the dance, Tupana surle so manifested the inauguration of a road in the Dragas municipality connecting Kosovo villages with those of Albania.
At the top of the dance, the deputy minister of Infrastructure, Hysen Durmish, appears to be very happy with the inauguration of the road.
Surrounded by many residents, Durmish waves an Albanian shawl and continues and dances, with an amuse accompanying him in the rest of the space where the celebration was taking place.
