He was carrying a loaded firearm and a high-capacity magazine, the Riverside County Sheriff's Department said Sunday.
MPs assigned to the rally contacted the driver of a luxury black car at a checkpoint near the intersection of Avenue 52 and Celebration Drive shortly before 5:00.
They allegedly found the driver a hunting gun, a loaded pistol and a high-powered clipper.
The driver was identified as Vem Miller, and was arrested and later reserved at John J. Benoit with suspicion of possession of a loaded firearm and possession of a high-capitor.
