Pristina, October 22, 2024 Kosovo Prosecutorial Council (KPK) and Chief State Prosecutor's Office (ZKPSH) sharply condemn statements by Kosovo Parliamentary MP Armend Muja, made today through social networks, against Special Prosecutor's Chief Prosecutor, Mr. Brian Isufaj.

Mija MP's statements today have clean political content and come and rank in the government's statements and by the ranks of deputies of the subject majority in the Kosovo Assembly, which, in effect, should be law enforcement and rule of law in our country and not intervene at any moment, choosing no means and methods to tarnish and attack prosecutors, chief prosecutors and prosecutors in the country.

KKP and Z The rulings stress that these statements are intended to undermine investigative cases in the procedure and such procedures do not serve justice, as well as deliberate interventions to shift attention from the daily implementation of the law that Chief Prosecutor Isufaj did, but in this case, the KKP and the KP do inform MP Muja that they strongly support and support Mr. Blerim Isufaj and every prosecutor, who, every day actively and systematically, deal with the prosecution and investigation of the perpetrators whoever and wherever they come.
