MP Tahiri has said the salary increase from January 2025 has been decided.
What you saw today at the conference of Prime Minister and Finance Ministry, in what is scandalous, about the outcome and the full understanding of public policy communication is the result. It has happened at this conference, covering an event that in essence does not raise wages. Because increasing a form of hierarchy of cofficiency found in the appendix of the wage law can only happen if this law is subject to a consultation and ambassadorial process in Government and then in two lexias in parliament”, Tahiri has said.
According to Tahiri, its growth for 80 thousand public sector employees has been bought for elections to be held in February 2025.
Whatever happened is illegal at the moment and to enter into force would have to enter a pay law procedure. By tricking a Corps of 80 thousand people from whom you seek this approach, to make a vote purchase”, he added.
The Kosovo government has decided since January of next year to raise salaries for public sector employees for 55 euros per month, while from July it will rise for 110 euros.
From this they gain growth, teachers, policies, nurses, soldiers, and firefighters
According to their report, teachers have 616 euros in basic salary, meanwhile, with the increase they will receive 726 euros.
Police officers from 550 euros will receive 660 euros, nurses from 605 will receive 715 euros, firefighters from 550 euros will receive 660 euros, and soldiers from 616 euros will receive 726 euros.
