Von Croamon: I want to see progress in Kosovo before EU goes to elections

The rapporteur for Kosovo at the European Parliament, Violet von Cremon, has remained on an official visit to Kosovo, where he met with heads of state, opposition leaders and representatives of civil society.

Von Croamon at a media conference has talked about her visit, until she said it was comprehensive.

At the beginning of the conference, the rapporteur congratulated Kosovo citizens on visa liberalisation.

I wish that Kosovo finally got visa liberalisation, we all fought hard for it. We have all had the impression that it has been a discriminating situation, where all the countries in the region have been able to travel, except for Kosovo, I wish for it all”, she said.

Von Croamon has said that during meetings in Kosovo, he has discussed many issues.

“The fight against corruption is continuing. I wanted to increase the budget on public broadcaster. Also in dialogue between government and civil organisations, there are many complaints”, she said.
