This is after the Kosovo government under the information campaign has organised the first visa-free journey for lucky winners from the EU's quiz.
In this case, Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Diaspore Donika Grovalla-Schwarz will congratulate and welcome the first citizens to travel without visas, and hold media conferences.
