Visar Duriqi wins the legal battle against Chief Enes Goga: That's the Court's decision.

The Goga Headship Obligations to Pay Cost

The court has estimated that the photograph has to do with the picture of the plaintiff's mother, this incompatible circumstance, and found that the article does not take offense or violation against the plaintiff.

Regarding the article with the “Headship of Pec like Sheherzadja” as well as “Peja Mayor as the sheik in the Devolls Mosque” published by the Voice newspaper, the court concluded that the indictment is not responsible for publishing articles, whose title is contested, as expressions such as “herzade” and “) have no deprefigured content, defamatory or offensive to indictees.

According to the court, this conclusion came after the articles were attached to pictures of the plaintiff sitting in a chair and the names used involved presenting the plaintiff as a character who enjoys luxurious life. Hence, the notions used in these articles were described as metaphors, since the same had been inserted into their fingernails.
