Stano: EU prepared draft for association as Kosovo fails to hand over

European Union spokesman Peter Stano has made it clear that the integration path towards the EU directly links to the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue process. Among other things, he has talked about the hot issue in the process, the Association of Serb-run municipalities.
