And we really know that in Pristina there is a greater number of residents, and services should be given to a greater number of residents than we have residents in the capital. This overloads health workers”.

The director of Health in Pristina said that: “according to parameters set by the Health Workers' Organization, a family doctor should have an average of 25 medical visits a day, and that often exceeds 50 times”.
