According to the DPS report, this postponement of the decision was made due to additional statements by the parties.
“on 11 January, the Constitutional Court panel in charge of Haradinaj's reference, delivered in November last year, decided to postpone his decision on the matter until it accepts additional statements from the parties, respectively, the SPS's presentation regarding the reference, and its response to Haradinaj's latest request for accepting a new test.
On the other hand, the notice says the defence is invited to hand over its response to the SPS response if it wants to do so.
