Kosovo's Specialised Chambers this week start working after the winter break ends.
Special Court hearings are due to begin on Tuesday, and during the week four sessions are scheduled to be held in the case of Shoala.
During the break when no court hearings were held, and some of the non-moral services were at minimum.
However, the court has remained fully functional and the work has continued in all of the DHSK sections. During the break, statements can be presented, and unless judges have ordered otherwise, judicial terms continue to be in effect. During the month of January, according to the Specialised Chambers calendar, there will be a total of 16 court hearings, in two court cases Hashim Thaci and others, and APUhala.
