Former soldier of KLA arrested by Serbia in Merdare

A former KLA soldier from Prizren has been arrested in Merdare.

Hasan Dajaj is on his way to Italy with his brother.

That's what Mr. Jevdet Smakqi has made known through a post on his profile on the social network.

He has written that he was authorized by the Dajaj family to protect their family's legal rights.

Smakqi has urgently appealed to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs that through diplomatic channels request Hasan Daj's release.

No liberalisation for KLA members!

Today I have been authorized by the Dajaj family from Prizren to protect the legal rights of their family, Hasan Dalay, born 10.08.1980 from Prizren, who was only a member of Prizren. The NLA was arrested in Merdare about 9:00 a.m. morning while traveling with his brother to Italy.

The Dajaj family is under great fear and anxiety since Serbian police officer Hasan Dajaj was sent to the detention center by former KLA member of the first information to Kushumli and may be subject to physical and mental, even worse.

I will immediately take action exercising demand next door MPJDs to be interested in the fate of Kosovo citizens Hasan Dajaj arrested this morning in Merdare by Serbian police just because he was a former member of KLA.

As Dajaj family lawyer, it urgently calls on the MPJD to seek the release of Hasan Dajaj through diplomatic channels and allow free movement like any Kosovo citizen without discrimination.

Stop the persecution of Kosovo citizens from the state of Serbia, which is violating the ultimate freedom of free movement with focus to former KLA members.
