“Racak is a clean war crime. It is a clear testimony to the joint efforts of the military and police on the training grounds, and those people who were killed, in my opinion, are victims of a war crime”, said prominent Serbian lawyer Sead Spahovic.
Early this week in Kosovo, the 25th anniversary of the Recak massacre was marked, the interpretation for which it is diametrically opposed to the Serbian and Albanian and international public.
Serbian lawyer Sead Spakovic talking about Dnevnik T The V Nova referred to The Hague Tribunal documents, stressing that it was the only court that tried Racan.
“The court also confirmed this: That 15m at 6, the Yugoslav Army, not the police, bombed that village, Recak. That the bombing lasted two hours and that tanks were used with cannon shots from tanks and so-called thresholds, these are antiaircraft weapons. What I just said to anyone in Serbia, on no television or in any newspapers, has never said that. And that is determined by The Hague tribunal, the only court that has judged it and is written in the court's decision”, Spahovevic said.
