Some people have been shot at in an Iowa high school, the first day after winter break, officials have announced there.
The attacker at Perry High School has died of a wound that has caused himself with firearms, senior police officials said. Three others were injured, including two students and an administrator, officials added, for NBC News. Details for the wounded were not available immediately. International media initially reported some victims.
Today is the beginning of the second semester of the Perry Community School District after the winter break.
The shooting comes days before parliamentary elections in Iowa, which will begin the initial republic's 2024 presidential process on January 15th.
