In his Facebook account, he has said the United States of America is directly affecting Albania's air force growth and modernisation.
The first Black Hawk helicopters arrived in Albania under the major priority for our country's defence and security. A very important investment in co-operation with our strategic partner, the United States, directly impacting the growth and modernisation of Albania's”, Edi Rama wrote.
