Media in Albania are reporting with sources that the prosecution has called for the return of pretty much to prison and the execution of the Kosovo Special Court's request for his extradition to The Hague.
Shorty has appointed Judge Ilir Panda for considering this request by the Supreme Court there, but the date or schedule of the court hearing is unknown.
Dritan Ruj was arrested on July 31st last year on arrest warrant issued by the Special Court of Kosovo.
Former fighter of The KLA was charged with revealing the names of witnesses in several cases previously opened by the Kosovo Special Prosecutor, whom Miraj denied during the trial process.
