The Office of the Constitutional Prosecutor in Belgrade said that with evidence collected so far there is no indication that there is convincing and clear evidence that the Serbian opposition, Nikola Sandulovic, has been mistreated.
The Prosecutor's Office said that because of information published in the media on Sandulovic's alleged mistreatment on January 3rd by Security and Information Agency members (BIA), the institution began collecting evidence.
