The Ministry of Finance has made a decision to exasperate the Pristina municipality's decision to exchange municipal property with the former Pristina chairman's client, Progress Rama.
A decision the Ministry of Finance made Thursday says:
The execution of the 01-020/04-236518/23 decision is verified. 26.12.23 of the capital's Municipal Assembly in terms of real estate assessment procedure, which is the object of exchange through this decision of the capital's constitutional Assembly”, KOHA reports.
In reasoning, the MF has said the Ministry of Management of Local Power has withdrawn the issued legitimacy and the issue has been restored to the Municipal Assembly.
The assessment procedure, according to the MF, will start when the legal barriers recorded by MAPL are removed.
