What happened?
With Proposed Chairman for Progress Rama and With the Help of Vetevendosje Asmbists Which made the quorum, Pristina's Municipal Assembly has paved the way for exchange of municipal property with the private one of two businessmen with whom Rama in the past had contractual reports.

The argument on the proposal is confused and the decision device does not contain the basic elements. It says that the proposed share in exchange has a total area of about 21 hectares, where construction is allowed up to 6 floors.
Based on the market price, a bear in this section costs at least 10,000 euros, making the value of this parcel around 20m euros.
Meanwhile, the land in Badoc and both businessmen has more than eight hectares of land, and construction is not allowed.
Neither the Pristina municipality nor the Ministry of Finance have published details of financial assessments, which was the basis for exchanging private property to Badoc of the former capital's president's client, Progress Rama, with the municipal one in the area “New Pristina, where construction is allowed.
Given claims that were made during Thursday's conference by Pristina municipality officials, the Ministry of Finance has praised municipal property worth 3m and 75 thousand and 435 euros.
Regarding the property exchange relationship, the State Prosecutor has launched pre-penal investigations.
Kosovo's Institute for Justice (IKD) has reacted to Pristina's Municipal Assembly's illegal decision to exchange municipal property in the Chaldastral area of Caglavica with the properties of two physical persons in the Zlatar cadastral area, which the decision has preceded the Pristina Mayor's proposal.
The IKD has said this decision, issued by Pristina's Municipal Assembly, corresponds fully to the contents of the proposal of the mayor's decision and that this decision has been issued without any public consultation or legal requirements being met.
But other things, IKD stressed that it does not explain what the municipality's interest is to give property in the cadastral area in Caglavica to get property in the cadastral area in Zlatar, in which construction has already been banned. /Periscopi
