Shortly before midnight, a bomb was dropped on the northern part of Mitrovica.
An explosive vehicle, most likely hand grenade, has been thrown near one of the premises at the intersection near the Technical Faculty.
Z. Kosovo Police Director for the Northern Region Veton Elshani has confirmed that two people are injured in the country's north as a result of an explosion occurring just before midnight.
Elshani has indicated that the explosive tool is a hand grenade and that the event occurred at the Bisevac Hotel. One of the injured is in a heavier position.
“Around 23:50 was allegedly detonated by a hand grenade at the Bisevac Hotel, Knjaz Milos Street in northern Mitrovica, where about 4-5 cars and two people were injured as a result of the blast. One has the most serious injuries and the police are in hospital”, Elshani told Express.
