Murati: With the “Javelin”, US sent message to Serbia

Valon Murati, chairman of the Movement for the Union, sending weapons “Javelin” from the United States is seeing it as a message from the latter to Serbia. This, according to him, shows that although in the north there may be rebellion or even terrorist acts, behind which Serbia can stand, however, Serbia militarily does not enter Kosovo.
At RTV Dukagjini, Murati said there will be added pressure for implementation of the Serb Majority Communist Association.
He stressed that the ideal solution would be the effort to address the issue of Eastern Kosovo in talks with Serbia as reciprocity.
Another possibility of leaving the issue of association, Murati says it could be a return to the issue of determining borders on the table.
And we're based on the wall on the pressure we're given for Association, I think Kurt's going to make an effort to get out of this case as soon as possible. The solution, the ideal, would be to make efforts to address the issue of Eastern Kosovo, at least at the moment as reciprocity, in solutions with Serbia. I'm trying not to implement the Association. We should have a spare option, because that puts the country in a difficult position, for example. The reciprocity issue in eastern Kosovo or the issue of determining borders could return to the table, with the failure of this project. The very creation of association is a challenge in itself”, he added further.
Murati points out that as long as Kosovo continues to be in a long process of talks that are not seeing the end, then relations with the neighbouring state, according to him, will always be followed by tensions, troubles, incidents, a situation where there seems to be some hope for a solution, but often it seems that actors do tactical actions more to benefit in the international arena and to throw away the other than really to find a solution.
The “from the time the Franco-German plan emerged with broad frameworks to agreed agreements, the parties have had major problems in two parts of this agreement. Serbia has a big problem with the part that the fact that this agreement gives Kosovo another international position, with a possibility of empowering it with international relations and our deputy prime minister, is problematic this part that relates to implementation of association. Both parties from the beginning have made an effort to throw away the other person's performance, the problem that is not interested in solving problems and implementing the agreement. This is electoral, at least in the case of our prime minister, it has been politically raised on the rejection of the talks, has been established and abolished over the rejection of association...”, he said.
He also said that, in essence, association is problematic overall for Kosovo if the same is implemented by Prime Minister Albin Kurti.
The key is that the prime minister in his position, not to implement it, but what is his reserve option and the fact that he has accepted it, put Kosovo in a position in the face of great pressure. We continue not to have another spare option as to what we want from negotiations... This prime minister and those preliminary ones had to put Eastern Kosovo in talks is the biggest failure of our policy. All these dynamics that happen are steps of the two sides, to postpone non-compliance”, he said.
According to him, although a often very active and aggressive language has been seen in the discours of the prime minister and president, in relation to Serbia, in meetings with internationals, however emphasises the fact that other factors exist.
And we have a problem on the political scene, and here I think Kurti is actually doing a good game because the political scene and the options that are on the political scene aren't that different from”.
On the other hand, Murati also had a few words for opposition parties, which the opposition's weakness says is that they have no attitude, either in terms of supporters or even in that of controversy.
The opposition's “Doctrine is that there is no position either as a supporter or as a deep object, it's nothing if you say yes at a certain time, but it's been in 2013 ...you can step down, here everybody can't see much of a solution... the prime minister is an extraordinary populist in his efforts to deal with the northern issue...”, he said.
