The mayor of the Rahovec municipality, Smajl Laitif, has promised young couples in this settlement municipality yesterday.
He at the Comunal Parliament meeting also said that by January 1st of this year, every birth in the QKMF Maternity Department “Dr. Fahreddin Hoti” will be supported by 500 euros from the Rahoveci municipality.
We're aiming for normal births not to go anywhere else. I believe 500 euros is not a new standard, we're starting at 200 euros, and this year it's 500. And every young couple who get married have a home. Only still have the construction started, that young couples who will marry in the municipality of Rahoveci I will donate you residence”, Latifi stressed.
At this session, the director for Urbanism in the municipality of Rahovec, Arbnor Mullabas, announced that in 2023 there were 73 applications for construction permits, 120 for construction conditions, 32 environmental permits and 9 permits of accession.
We had 13 applications for environmental permits in 2020, 31 for construction permits and 68 applications for construction conditions. In 2023 construction permits, we have 73 applications, construction conditions are 120, environmental permits 32 and admission permits we have 9 applications. The urbanism and executive directorate have reached the 2023-31 municipal plan, including the entire territory of the municipality of Rahoveci,” he stressed.
Director for Geodezi and Kadast Africa Oruqi said he has spoken of the decision to exchange municipal property with that of the central institution.
“After the legislation in force we have the decision to exchange municipal property owned by the central institution, it's about the cadastral area in Rahovec, the two properties are of central institutions, it's about 132 square metres of good water agency and it's given to the municipality of Rahovec,” he stressed.
A number of other decisions before the agenda have also been adopted at the Congregation Convention Meeting.
