Hill in Presevo speaks of the dinar: These issues should be resolved with dialogue

“I am a supporter of the Open Balkans”, the Ambassador of the United States of America, Christopher Hill, said at a media conference along with Presevo Mayor Albania Arifi.

Hill on the last day of January has visited Presevo, where he also held meetings with Chairman Arifi.

In statements to the media, he said that “spoke of various issues”, until it stopped in the Open Balkans.

“I am a supporter of the Open Balkans”, Hill stated, adding that “Open Balkans has to do with citizens' problems” and “investment in the region”.

This is important, investment and development of the region. Therefore, I will try to convince investors to invest in this region”, Hill said.

The American diplomat also spoke of the Kosovo Central Bank's decision to try to use the dinar for trading and the American demand that this decision be postponed.
