This, since he claims, will have early elections this year.
But unlike the party chief, MP Xhavit Haliti thinks.
He for Front Online has voiced sceptical that in 2024 early elections will be held.
“In these circumstances where there is no local power in the north and in Kosovo there are political clashes, but there are no clashes which could endanger Prime Minister Kurti's power I am skeptical that there will be elections for the fact that I believe that Kurti and these statements of one or another are more testing for opinion, testing for the opposition”, the MP has declared. PDK, Xhavit Haliti.
According to Halit, rumours of elections have increased immediately after holding past elections.
Despite that, however, says the opposition does not have the votes to oust the Kurti government.
Now these election fountains have begun immediately after the general elections, but will have or will not depend much on the positions Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti has because he has the parliamentary majority and he can bring down his government with votes in parliament. The opposition has no vote to overthrow Mr. Kurti” has added Haliti.
And all of this, as MP Haliti says, depends on situations that will arise, as the situation in both the region and Kosovo is unstable.
Haliti: I'm for new elections, not to create numbers, but political stability
MP The PDK, Xhavit Haliti, has declared for Front Online that it is good for Kosovo to have new elections.
But it says that these elections should be held not only to create numbers but to create political stability.
I am for the idea that it is good to have elections in new Kosovo, and to have elections not to make numbers as long as there should be elections to create a political stability and to be called political power which in co-operation will work for the interests of Kosovo citizens” has been expressed.
