The disrespect that this government clearly has for the constitutional order of Kosovo, because they think this victory that has reached 50%, is a authorisation that goes even beyond the constitution, which is not because, however great a parliamentary majority is, is subject to the Constitution and decision-making, because the Constitution is essentially against the majority to protect the minority”, Gruda has said of EO.
