Gambling and lucky games at a local in Vushtrri police arrest suspect and seize weapons and ammunition

A person has been arrested this Wednesday in Vushtrri after allegedly organising pyramid schemes and illegal gambling as well as illegal weapons.

Police report that around the clock, he has received information that at a local in Vushtrri, gambling and game activities were under way.

The police have gone to that location and in addition to the evidence that illegal gambling was organised in that local country, during the raid they have also found a weapon for which the suspected person did not possess permission and also has been found an amount of ammunition”, the media communiqué reported.

Suspect A.S., 39, becomes aware that he was arrested and accompanied to the police station where he was interviewed about the case. While weapons, ammunition and evidence of illegal gambling exercise have been seized.

After the interview, by order of the prosecutor the suspect has been released in regular procedure, while against him the case has been initiated for allegedly committing criminal acts “organising pyramid schemes and illegal gambling” and “maintaining ownership, control or unauthorized possession of weapons”.
