Eye injuries, respiratory problems this is the health of miners who were injured by acid

Hospital spokeswoman Nita Mustafa has provided details about the state of health of the seven injured, while the same has indicated that several other miners have already sought medical assistance.

Seven miners have been brought to the Emergency Regional Hospital in Mitrovica, as the same have suffered injuries as a result of the acid spill. Five are still in emergency treatment, while two are present in the Otamology Department for further treatment.

Those present in the Otamology Department have eye injuries and are in very serious condition, about eye problems, others have chest pains, respiratory problems, throat burns because of the acid that has been spilled in the Miner”, Mustafa told the signal.

The injured are not expected to be transferred to the Kosovo University Clinical Centre, as they are receiving the same treatment needed at the Regional Hospital in Mitrovica.

All other profiles like surgeon and everyone else have come and had otamological consultation and all in Emergency”, Mustafa told the signal.
