The European Union says Kosovo in the past ten years has had the opportunity to present a draft proposal for formation of Association.
Now, according to EU spokesman Peter Stano, official Pristina is expected to take concrete steps.
“in this advanced phase of the process, is expected to begin soon with the establishment of the Serb majority municipalities. Kosovo is invited to give its comments and suggestions for the draft, which is on the table”, Stano has said of the REL.
He reiterated that the draft status drafted by the EU is “a modern way
European for resolving the sensitive issue of minority protection”.
“We expect both sides to continue talks based on this draft”, he has followed.
