The charges that Jack Smith “has been looting money and is involved in criminal conduct” are being sought to be investigated by The Hague Prosecutor.
Nasim Haradinaj's lawyer, Toby Cadman, has addressed the Special Constitutional Court at The Hague at all.
He has sought to investigate a file where former Special Prosecutor Jack Smith is accused of extortion and involvement in suspicious criminal schemes.

This file was handed over to the Department of Justice by the former federal agent for investigating and prosecuting financial crimes, John Moynihan.
Haradinaj's lawyer in his request to the Specialised Chambers has called for investigation against former chief Jack Smith, Nacional reports.

Nasim Haradinaj's lawyer also mentions the fact that the Moynihan file has doubts about how the files went to the War Veterans Organisation, which Hysni Gucati and Haradinaj were later charged.

According to the file, Jack Smith has led corrupt scheme regarding The Hague Special Court.
In the text it has all been confirmed that the former special prosecutor for the investigation and prosecution of former KLA leaders has asked for a bribe of “100 million dollars” from “a head of state” in order to be acquitted of alleged war crimes charges, not specifically mentioning which “head of state” and which case is referred to.
All this is just based on documents that haven't been proven yet.
Paul Sperry, journalist and columnist of the American conservative painting New York Post, has announced via platform “X” on Wednesday that a file against Smith has already been handed over in the DOJ, in which it allegedly included a “scheme of extortion” of millions of rich individuals to free them from war crimes charges.
