“Delay criminal behavior money”: Nasim Haradinaj's lawyer seeks investigation against Jack Smith

The charges that Jack Smith “has been looting money and is involved in criminal conduct” are being sought to be investigated by The Hague Prosecutor.

Nasim Haradinaj's lawyer, Toby Cadman, has addressed the Special Constitutional Court at The Hague at all.

He has sought to investigate a file where former Special Prosecutor Jack Smith is accused of extortion and involvement in suspicious criminal schemes.

This file was handed over to the Department of Justice by the former federal agent for investigating and prosecuting financial crimes, John Moynihan.

Haradinaj's lawyer in his request to the Specialised Chambers has called for investigation against former chief Jack Smith, Nacional reports.

The beacon's complaint provides proof of the former specialised prosecutor's grave criminal behavior. Concretically, he is said to have been involved in schemes to accuse former President Hashim Thaci of sabotaging a meeting at the White House to defraud money from [the] REDAKUED] by threatening him with criminal proceedings and training [ REDAKUED] to make statements on the Prosecution and file war crimes files in order to get money from those mentioned in them”, saysNasim Haradinaj's lawyer's request, Nacionale reports.

It is important to stress at this stage that these are allegations that have recently appeared in the public domain and that they will have to be properly investigated by the SPO. “These alleged activities of the former specialised prosecutor reinforce the position held by the forger in demand (and on trial and appeal) that the PSP's approach was discriminated against, politically motivated and not independent”, the request said.

Nasim Haradinaj's lawyer also mentions the fact that the Moynihan file has doubts about how the files went to the War Veterans Organisation, which Hysni Gucati and Haradinaj were later charged.

“S second, the Signals' complaint provides evidence of the circumstances in which three sets of documents were handed over to the Kosovo Liberation Army Association of Veterans in September 2020. In this way it strengthens the evidence referred to in support of the predeceiver's statement that the trap/hurning was not fully impossible”, the request reads.

For the reasons mentioned above, it is required that the College of the Constitutional Court accept as proof the complaint of the signaler”, the document concludes.

A file against Jack Smith, The Hague's former specialised prosecutor, has been filed at the Department of Justice.

He was the former federal agent for investigating and prosecuting financial crimes, John Moynihan.

According to the file, Jack Smith has led corrupt scheme regarding The Hague Special Court.

In the text it has all been confirmed that the former special prosecutor for the investigation and prosecution of former KLA leaders has asked for a bribe of “100 million dollars” from “a head of state” in order to be acquitted of alleged war crimes charges, not specifically mentioning which “head of state” and which case is referred to.

All this is just based on documents that haven't been proven yet.

Paul Sperry, journalist and columnist of the American conservative painting New York Post, has announced via platform “X” on Wednesday that a file against Smith has already been handed over in the DOJ, in which it allegedly included a “scheme of extortion” of millions of rich individuals to free them from war crimes charges.
