Next is my email letter sent to the Information and Private Agency (AIP), Kosovo Police, Members of the Parliamentary Commission for Human Rights and the Chairman of the Kosovo Assembly, the Office of the Ombudsman; Copies for all executives and all Pristina Communists.

Date: January 9, 2024, 12:36 p.m.

A N KE S Um... CAMERAVE With INTELIGIGEAL ARTIFICIAL IN PRISTATINE / COSOVA, PEAPROVATION OF THE BRAZIL LEGUAL PREPRAKE FROM THE BOOD OF COSOVA.

I/Your Honor,

For your urgent announcement and commitment, I am informing you that on January 3, 2024 (April 12:52) PM, through its website on the social network Facebook, Pristina Mayor Progress Rama, has announced the public opinion that the Supreme Artificial Intelligence Cameras will soon be installed in the capital!!

It should quickly be clarified the fact that regarding this company from the Pristina municipality there has not been any preliminary public debate; there has not been, and today there is no expanded explanation for the citizens of Pristina exactly what the establishment and operation of such artificial intelligence; whether or how much, civil rights and freedoms guaranteed by the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo will be violated and violated; and whether there is any legal basis approved by the Republic of Kosovo's Parliament for the deployment of such high intelligence cameras in almost all of Pristina!

The use of cameras with artificial intelligence (the most dangerous government) saw a special law on this pre-launched area in the Kosovo Assembly is a brutal intervention and violation of individual rights and freedoms and in the privacy of Kosovo citizens.

The observation and identification related to personal data (face, personal number, etc.) of all citizens 24/7 (non-stop) with artificial intelligence cameras is a violation of guaranteed rights to the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, under which no one dares to be monitored for any proper legal reason and without a judicial decision.

Total citizens' oversight (in format: Big Brother, with artificial intelligence cameras, is the strongest instrument of modern - day Communism.

Consequently, as a responsible citizen implementing legitimacy in the Republic of Kosovo, and in the quality of regular taxpayers, I ask that in the official quality you take all legal measures to prevent this illegal act and in violation of human rights by Pristina municipality officials.

Otherwise, against the idea of deploying artificial intelligence cameras, former Pristina chairman Isa Mustafa has also emerged from the LDK ranks.

He wrote in a Facebook post that it's not fair to monitor every movement of the feet, lip nose, who's in the car... every greeting of men and women, girls and boys, because we can create problems without them doing anything wrong.

I with my staff, in my town, do not agree to be watched by cameras, because I hold my staff for health reasons and not to violate anybody, writes the former head of Pristina.
