Facts in UP do not change Serbia's prefix

Kosovo has been prefixing 383 since November 14th 2016, which had been reached within dialogue with Serbia with the European Union's mediation, but some faculties under the University of Pristina “Pristina” ) -- the main institution of higher education in Kosovo -- but some professors also have it on the official website still code of Serbia (381).
Kosovo, until reaching the Brussels Agreement, has used three prefixes -- that of Serbia 381 -- of Monaco 377, as well as Slovenia's 386.
However, since reaching the agreement, Kosovo officially has only one telephone code (383), but part of the country's main education institution is not respecting the official state prefix.
Instead, they are personified with that of Serbia.
One of them is law school, which is known for the large number of students. On his official website, on the contact part, specifically on the telephone section, the official number is in Serbia's prefix.

Professors who are part of the university's academic staff send their CV and their faculty management data that they belong to and they carry it to the official website, but the same one has access to upgrades.
But despite the possibility that he himself would update the data, the Dean of the Jury Faculty, Avni Puka, has not taken the opportunity to do so.
Puka, who is also accused of plagiarizing the doctor's subject, has the number of Serbia's prefix on the faculty official page.

Pos Jurydic, and the Economics faculty, which is also known for the large number of students, has on Serbia's official prefix website.

Like the other two faculties, the most senior Faculty in Kosovo operates on this issue. Serbia's phone code ignores that Kosovo official.
One of those who legalizes this faculty, which has the title Professor Assistant, is Ardian Kastrati.
Kastrati, who is also Kosovo's deputy, accused of plagiarisation, has preferred to be on a line with the faculty they participated in: the telephone number is submitted by Serbia's prefix.

Besides Kastrati, there are other professors in philosophy who have Serbia's telephone code, such as Edsim Sinani, Africa Hoti, Aliriza Arrenliu, Vjollca Krasniqi, Rita Selimi, Ibrahim Gashi and Muhamet Mala.
We face similar problems at the Faculty of Medicine.
Even this faculty on the official website has Serbia's prefixed phone number.

What comes to the fore if you go to the official pages of all these schools is the fact that they are extremely active in publishing their activities, but their prefix matches that of another country.
Pristina University “hasan Pristina”, though it is the country's most creditable educational institution, has often faced charges, especially in terms of academic staff scientific works.
A large number of professors have been charged with plagiarism, until the actions that management has taken UP's in these cases has been minimal, and in many cases it's done.
Recently, at the start of the new year, specifically on January 2nd, the student organisation “Reforma” has held a media conference where it has raised concerns about failing to publish doctoral work by UP's academic management staff. /albanian mail
