Bislim for meeting with Lajcak: We talked about the need for full and swift implementation of the energy guide

Kosovo Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi has indicated that in Vienna he has met with the European Union's emissary for Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak, who earlier told about the meeting he had with Bislit.
