The president must intervene, the prime minister and MPs take action in legislation!
The integrity of institutions has been greatly damaged when the CEC on January 12th, 2024 has decided to allocate 360 thousand euros to the Serbian List. This has happened less than four months after the terrorist attack on Zvecan Bansika, where a Kosovo Police Sergeant has lost his life and one has been injured.
The government, the presidency and the institutions that have single-handedly pointed to the finger of responsibility in Serbia and its criminal structures in Kosovo, even the Serbian List for direct involvement in this attack on Kosovo.
The Serbian list, in addition to the direct participation of its deputy leader, Radojicic, in the attack, even declared 2 days of mourning in northern municipalities to honour terrorists.
The Kosovo government, through Interior Affairs Minister Jelal Sfecla, said on September 26th 2023 that the announcement of days of mourning by the Serbian List sealed its authorship together with Serbia in organising the 24 September attack.
But less than four months later, it is the Kosovo state that finances the Serbian List.
President doesn't make a sound.
The Prime Minister doesn't make a sound.
The Minister doesn't make a sound.
Imagine being international, what you'd think:
On one hand, the state of Kosovo says the Serbian List along with Serbia is author of the terrorist attack;
On the other hand, the same state of Kosovo shares 360 thousand euros of this Serbian List!
How would you treat the state of Kosovo? How serious about his security assessments?
Thus, the integrity of Kosovo institutions is on the ground after that decision.
The president has to intervene in relation to the CEC. She, in an earlier case, has found that the integrity of the CEC and public confidence in the CEC is vital.
The prime minister, the government and MPs must initiate procedures to stop this scandal, which is undermining Kosovo's arguments for Serbian List involvement in the September 24th 2023 attack.
You shouldn't close your eyes and mouth.
National security is being held directly on September 24, 2023! National security is threatened even when state institutions lack integrity!
