Air pollution on New Year's Eve

The weather information website, Pristina Weather, has revealed that on New Year's night there was air pollution.

According to measurements recorded at the downtown IHMK station, the PM10 particles concentrations were also for seven-fold higher than normal ones, up to 352 ug/m3 that were registered at 2, and the smallest PM2.5 to 291ug/m3.

There were also high in Gjilan, up to 200 ug/m3 like those PM10 and PM2.5.

By comparison, concentrations were high last year but not on this level. On January 1, 2023, the PM10 particles concentrations were at 170ug/m3.
