A 17-year-old man was arrested by police in Gjirokastra after carrying chocolate-shaped drugs inside the dorm.
The student allegedly kept drugs in the room with a view to selling to boarding facilities and high school, writes TCh.
Police make it known that narcotics has been seized in the quality of material evidence, along with three mobile phones, and it becomes known that procedures with minors are being carried out in the presence of parent, psychologist and legal defenders.
