The last one is for the General Elections.

For five of the requirements, the Constitution has come up with Action.

Two laws have all been dropped. The power has ruled criticism against this court.

Kurti's deputy has named it a “competent” and <x2noncredibil”, while Minister Albulen Haxhiu has said she is hindering the life of reforms.

The Constitutional Court has also been added to a material in the drawer.

Last week, the Ombudsman has turned to the Constitution regarding the Law for General Elections in the Republic of Kosovo, with a request for assessing compliance with the Constitution.

Contradictation is gender quota. According to the ombudsman, Naim Qelaj, the quota definition “of at least 30%” for each gender warrants the uneven treatment of women.

Such a legal overhaul has proved in practice that women continue to be sub-represented on election lists, with only the minimum legally defined, which this minimum does not reflect equality for women”, the statement said.

The cell had warned since December that the law would be addressed to the Constitution. His words had not liked Prime Minister Albin Kurti, who was seen arguing with President Vjosa Osmani.

From Kurt's arrival at the helm of the Government of Kosovo, this is the 11th law ending in the Constitutional Court.

The laws that have been completed so far in Constitutional are: The Law on Changing and Fulfilling the Law for the Prosecutorial Council, the Law on Resilience of Basic Products at Special Cases of Trade Destabilisation, the Law for Public Officials, the Law for the State Bureau for Verification and Confisciation of the Infectable Property, the Law for the Committee on the Public Sector, the Law for the Change and Admission of Laws that defines the Most Benficiation at the Minement and Taxation of the Ordation of the Individuals, the Law on the Public Property Law for the Independent Assembly, the Independent Service for the Law for the International Civil Investments of Kosovo, the Law for the rest of the Republic of the Election, the Republic of Kosovo.

Prepostering requests have been opposition parties ( The PDK, LDK and AAK, the Ombudsman and the Prizren municipality.

In response to the Constitutional Court for Express, the Court has so far ruled in terms of demands for five laws. The Law on Changing and Fulfilling the Law for the Prosecutorial Council and the Law on the Co-ordination Measures of Founding Products at Special Cases of Trade Destabilisation has brought them down overall.

The Public Officials Law has been canceled by several mothers. For the Law on Salaries in the Public Sector, the Assembly has been imposed to make changes within six months, as long as the Law concerning Realty Property Tax has given the Constitution justice to the Government of Kosovo, that is, it is not contrary to the Constitution.

Kurt's breaks, criticism of Bislimi, Haxhiu against Constitutional

Prime Minister Albin Kurti has expressed several public concern that the laws are completing to the Constitution.

“I'm very worried because I'm in trouble that our multi-pronged reforms have found a kind of fuse to crawl, to delay, and in this way I'm not convinced that it's done by the motive of maintaining constitutionality, how much of a political opposition”, Kurti has declared.

After the KKPK Law had been overturned, he had expressed concern that other laws could also fall.

I am very sorry that the Law on Temporary Measures, for limiting the prices of basic products, is in the Constitutional Court. The LDK has sent this law to the tribunal. And if there's something that actually as prime minister I'm the most concerned about the governance we have, these are the three remaining laws in the Constitutional Court that are dragging on and that I'm very concerned about the decisions that will come in view of this for KKP”, Kurti said.

Meanwhile, Kurti's subordinates -- Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi and Justice Minister Albulen Haxhiu -- have led criticism and charges against this court.

Bislimi has said the Constitution has produced “controversity documents” and that judges “lack competency and credibility”.

This statement, Bislimi had issued after being questioned over the Constitutional Court's decision to land the Decani Monastery.

Our Constitutional Court is known for the production of contractive documents in decisions, and we see this on daily grounds, because we believe they lack competence and credibility, and this is not the only decision by the Court that has not been able to apply in the past, for example, the Court has produced another document, another decision, that roughly recognises the demand of workers of a company privatised at Ferizaj worth 22 million euros, while at the same time, the law says that more than 80% for the value of the firm that had been 5x2 million euros, Bilim

And Haxhiu has said the Constitution is hindering the life of this government's reforms.

The minister has criticised the Constitution for delaying in handling the requirements, delays that Haxhiu says are being taken contrary to the Law for the Constitutional Court, writes Gazeta Express.

I think it's a fact that one of the institutions that is hindering reform life, not only in Justice, but in other areas, is the Constitutional Court. Why would I say that? Because the opposition is considering it salvation. In order for reforms not to be experienced either in justice or in economic-financial terms, but also in public administration. The fact that the Law for the Constitutional Court says that the Constitutional Court for requirements submitted by the Parliament should be addressed within 2 months, and on the other hand, we expect up to a year for an act of law, this certainly poses a problem, because there are long-term consequences. Because the reforms that we could complete a year ago, because the Constitutional Court has addressed priority, we are obliged to wait and wait for months contrary to the law for the Constitutional Court, an act of justice”, Haxhiu said.
