The key initiative on the basis of the visit is the signing of a tourist agreement and strengthening relations and partnership between the countries”, an official statement said.
“Tourism Minister Israel Katz will provide Israeli assistance to the economic and tourist development Kosovo seeks to promote”, it adds in the statement.
Kosovo received significant recognition from Israel at the White House and later became the first European and majority Muslim country to open embassys in Jerusalem in 2021. Last June, Kosovo approved the definition of anti-Semitism of the International Holocaust Memorial Alliance.
