Kosovo Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi met with the EU's special emissar for Kosovo dialogue Serbia, Miroslav Lajcak, on Wednesday.
This visit, like its many others in Brussels, was unprecedented, as after its development it became known that during its meeting with the European envoy for dialogue, the dialogue process before the summit, to be held on September 14th.
The second of the government, Haber did not give up even when he travelled to Bratislava on July 10th to meet Lajcak for a very important deal -- that of extending the situation to the country's north.
These are only the last two times when Bislimi gave no warning of his official visits abroad, while the reason why Kurt's subordinate makes no warning about them is known.
Unlike visits to the European helm, but also to Bratislava, Kurt's deputy happens to warn others.
Such a announcement from Bislimi came for his visit today to The Hague in the Netherlands.
