The Concertal Hall and the Capital Art Museum are becoming reality. So has reported today from Japan, the chairman of Pristina, Progress Rama, writes Periscopi. He has expressed great happiness that the first steps are being taken for the creation of two important cultural spaces in the capital, the Concertal Hall of the Art Museum.

“During our meeting with world-renowned architect Kengo Cuma, we discussed the latest details of the realisation of this next major project towards Pristina transformation. The unique architecture of the capital's iconic building will be completely preserved as part of our heritage. But at the same time we will create a Concertal Hall of Modern Super Art Museum. We are implementing a permanent request of our artists, to have a suitable environment where they can express their art, in much more favourable conditions, as will world-renounced artists”, Rama has written.

Permission to build this project will oversee the Pristina Commission's Urbanism Directorate, led by director Arber Sadiku.

Periscope has found Sadiku involved in the “projection tender, adaptation of the former Germia complex into the” concert hall.

Although he has not been dressed in the municipal director's clothing, as it is about the 2021 tender, Sadiku has received 20 thousand euros from the Pristina municipality because he had finished third in the design competition, and by law the second and third place are rewarded for their projects, though they are not included in projket-dizane.

First place. It was occupied by a group of projective companies with a leading company from Japan “Kergo kuma neither INC, O.U.D. Archichts, Ahmet Topbas Muendislik, Akim Muhandisklik, Enmar Engineering. This group that has done the project was rewarded with 50,000 euros.

Second place Ossusmani B. Vision project, MA Studio& Partners. The reward was 30,000 euros.

Third place, Which was rewarded with 20,000 euros, the group won: Arber Sadiku BI; G+A Archichts. Sadiku has been the owner of letters for the G+A company until last year. Based on the recent declaration of wealth, Sadiku has declared it to be Manager at the “Arber Sadiki company, B. I”. This constituted conflict of interest, as the top public official cannot be an manager at a private company.

Permission to build the Concertal Hall and the Capital Art Museum will be monitored by director Arber Sadiku with his employees.

On the other hand, an unusual case has occurred in drafting this project because the designer has done it from Japan, not from Pristina, where he would have to be monitored by the competent body of the municipality. /Periscopi/
