Meanwhile, Pellumb Bajqinovci's name figures as founder of “Sport4all”, along with Ferret Pruth and Fatos Bajqinovci.

Pristina Community has reasoned on the decision, saying “Pulbe Bajqinovci has not benefited subsidies from the capital, since he was cofounder but is not owner or co-owner”.
“The founder of an organization, institution or company cannot remove it from the biography. The organisation, in fact, has been in existence since 2010 and has been constantly organising various sporting activities, which of all governments has received subsidies to organise these activities.
